OWNER TESTIMONIALS
My wife and I have always dreamed of owning in McCall. In 1970 my father was offered the opportunity to buy a condominium on Payette Lake for $30,000. That same condominium sells for over $1,000,000 today. When Timbercrest came along, we didn’t want to miss our opportunity, so we jumped at the chance to own a fraction of such a quality vacation home for such an affordable price in what is probably the last great-undiscovered mountain resort in the West. Both my wife and I work and we have two young daughters, so we have only a limited amount of time each year to vacation. Other fractional vacation resorts in McCall required that we purchase a minimum of six weeks. Timbercrest’s four-week offering was perfect for us because we can only get away for four weeks a year. We were also very impressed with value and quality offered at Timbercrest. For example, because the Timbercrest homes do not share walls with each other, they are very private and considerably larger than what is offered at other fractional resorts in McCall. And the homes include many more amenities including a hot tub, pool table, heated master bathroom floor, amazing kitchen, Satellite TV, and big screen televisions. Sometimes my wife and I have to work while we’re on vacation, and Timbercrest’s high-speed Internet and WiFi is invaluable. We were also attracted to Timbercrest for its proximity to everything. It only takes us 90 minutes to drive to Timbercrest from our home in Boise. When we get to our home away from home, it’s just a short bike ride to the lake, a five-minute drive to the grocery store, restaurants, sledding, and golfing, and a short drive to Brundage and Tamarack. Yet despite the fact that we’re so close to everything, we often see deer, foxes, and other wildlife around our home. Given our busy lifestyle, and our love of Idaho and McCall, Timbercrest is the perfect vacation home and resort for our family. We’re happy to recommend it to other families like ours that want to own in McCall without the hassles and expense that come with owning a traditional vacation home. |
